- Glock is now less accurate at long range

known issues
- armory/inventory scrollbars don't work
- exp bar (lobby) gets stuck at 95%
- drowning damage bar does not display
- medic kit does not work if player leaves the water with it equipped (requires switching weapons to work again)
- successful vote kick results in 'has not been vote kicked'
- falling damage audio does not play
- falling damage does not cause heartbeat audio if bleeding begins (but weapon damage will still result in the audio)
