"As we advised yesterday, due to a production issue outside our control, we were not able to start shipping the complete Ultramarines DVD collectors set on November 29th 2010 as planned.
We have teams in the UK, US and Europe working around the clock to resolve the issue.
At this time, we are hoping that orders can start to ship next week. In the meantime, we will keep you informed as soon as we receive more information.
